The burgers are some of the best I've had in this town so I never pass up the opportunity for one. The employees are nice and will converse with you if it's not busy. They have the some of the best American-Italian food here and comes highly recommended.

We did takeout and we got a large combination pizza and the seafood pasta - both were delicious! They also gave us a choice of soup or salad with the pasta and also gave us garlic bread. Huge portions and lots of leftovers. Spent $45. The pizza is loaded with toppings, the crust is delicious and crust is thick. The seafood pasta has shrimp, mussels and clams in a tomato based sauce - you know something is good when you can't stop eating it! We'll definitely come back for dine in!

Vacaville is home in my heart. I grew up riding my bike all around town and out in the country. Besides the Nut Tree (Very disappointing now), Pietro's No 2 is our #1 destination. I recall growing up eating the GREAT pizzas from Pietro's No 2. About 9 years ago, my wife and I flew from Merced to Nut Tree airport to bring back pizzas. I spent over $300 just to get those pizzas.

I haven't been to this restaurant in a while but today my husband and I had lunch there. I got an order to go and they even offered to deliver, I was really surprised, that's a good thing to know and I may use delivery in the future. The lady on the phone was very nice as she took my order, she even told about a lunch special that I did not know about. She offered to have my order ready in as little as 10 minutes! that is great! there are a couple of other places in town that regularly tell me 25 minutes for my order. I only get an hour for lunch and this is very discouraging, I was overall pleased with the courtesy, timeliness and the food was amazing, large portions, more than we could finish even with a lunch special, we will definitely be back.

We just got back from Pietro's #2 on merchant street in Vacaville, and all I can say is WOW!!! It was so good! My husband had the sea food pasta and it was so good ,it had big shrimp,scallops,clams and mussels. I have been to some of the best restaurant in the bay area and this is up there with them, and that pasta dish was only $18.95 if you haven't been to Pietro's#2 in a while we highly suggest you go. And don't forget to try the pizza we love that too! And we had the nicest server her name was Megan she was fast and very friendly.

Pizza is out of this world! Joe has also been very creative with the new spring salad he has introduced to the menu along with some special gravies and sauces he will be bringing out next month. Steak sandwich anyone? This is the place!!! You gotta try the N.Y. Steak Sandwich--you probably think you died and went to heaven (it's out of this world)! Teresa, (the owner) goes out of her way to make sure you are treated like family! Pietros 2 deserves 100% thumbs ups!

One of my favorite places to eat in Vacaville. Great pizza and the pasta dishes are very good, Pasta Primavera with aldente veggies is great. We go at least once a week. The wait service is A-1. We are always taken care of very well. Try it out for yourself.

My family has been going to Pietro's #2 for years and we are always satisfied with the excellent food and great service. The pizza is loaded with toppings, a thick crust, and perfect amount of sauce. Our orders are always ready on time. We have also used their banquet room in the past and were able to host an affordable party. I will continue going to Pietros's #2 for years to come!!

The best pizza in town. My family always orders takeout and we are always greeted warmly by their employees. The food is awesome and the portions are very large! Sometimes we get food delivered and they are always on time.

I had dinner here with my grandparents the other night and it was FANTASTIC! Ms. Teresa was so friendly when she came out to see how we were doing.. I ordered a full order of the shrimp Alfredo and if was MORE than enough to fill me. The Alfredo sauce was so rich! Their pizza has to be one of my favorite pizzas I've ever had. We ordered the all meat pizza and I'm not a big meat eater, but it was great. Their crust is soft and doughy (in a good way), one of my favorites! All in all, everything was delicious, and you get A LOT for your money. I highly recommend stopping here.

Been going to this place since we moved to Vacaville in '91. The best value and portion size in town. Classic Italian decor and ambiance, excellent menu selection and as always, excellent food. After going to the "more recommended" Pietro's # 1 we like the fact that #2 is never as crowded or noisy, fast and friendly service. Long waits at #1 and very noisy, kids running everywhere ,was a nervous wreck after leaving there. Give #2 a try, you won't be disappointed!

Pietro's is a wonderful Italian ristorante! Seriously though, they are a family owned small chain and they make you feel right at home. There are 2 restaurants in Vacaville and 1 in Fairfield I think. Obviously the same cooks cannot be found at the same time at all locations, so the word on the street is that Pietro's #2 is the best. I have been here a few times as my family are friends of the owner's family. The food is great and authentic and they feed you large portions so you will never leave hungry. The bread, butter and olive oil for dipping is a great starter and they bring it out hot from the oven. Don't be surprised if the owner comes out and sparks up a conversation with you after you are done eating, they make you feel just like family when you are here.

I grew up in Vacaville and feel the same way about this place. We visit friends or family and often cap off the night by picking up a to-go pizza on the way out of town back to the bay area. Something about the crust is very unique and just makes the pizza awesome.

I thank my girlfriend for introducing me to Pietro's. She grew up in Vacaville, and after moving to the East Coast, would bring home entire pizzas on the plane whenever she visited home. ... The pizza here is damn good. ... Overall, the service is great, and this includes both the regular floor service as well as when having parties. ... Pietro's is one of the highlights of our trips to California now. Vacaville has surprisingly good eats, and this is chief among them.

I love this restaurant! I've been going to Pietros since the early 70's! Their Pizza is to die for!!Thick and delicious!!! Nice Italian atmosphere too!I now live in Nevada City, CA. If they were near me I'd weigh 300 Lbs!!!

I grew up eating at Pietro's and have lived all over the world and there is no Pizza like this Pizza, I now live in South Carolina and have not been home for years but I can still remember how wonderful this pizza is. I hope to come home this summer and it will be the first place I go.
